We also appreciate the feedback and testimonials we have received from our clients, and are encouraged by the amount of returning clients we assist as well as when clients recommend our services.
During the period January to December 2022, we received 292 completed client care questionnaires, and we would like to thank every client for this. The data from the questionnaires reveals that 94.8% of clients would use Maxwell Hodge again in the future. Furthermore, in the majority of areas, including staff behaviour and progress of work, we were marked excellent by our clients, as was the quality of service overall. This represents the level of client care we aim to provide in every legal matter.
