We have received a range of feedback from clients from our end of matter questionnaires as well as online reviews through Review Solicitors and social media.

Receiving client feedback is vital so we can recognise colleagues for providing excellent client care whilst also understanding where improvements can be made to ensure we provide a consistently high level of service to all clients.

We largely continue to act for returning clients as well as those recommended from existing or previous clients, which demonstrates the valued service we provide. We pride ourselves on providing a service that aligns with our values of Team, Support, Guidance and Resilience as each of these values is required to undertake legal matters.

Of the client care questionnaires we received (276 in total), 95% of clients said that they would use our service again. In addition:

  • 99% rated us good or excellent for staff behaviour.
  • 88% rated us good or excellent for call handling efficiency.
  • 96% rated us good or excellent for providing information.
  • 97% rated us good or excellent for progress of work.
  • 95% rated us good or excellent for quality of service overall.

Where we recognise that service has fallen short of expectations, we contact clients firstly to thank them for being honest in their feedback and to ask them to provide any additional comments, where necessary. The reason for doing this is to understand any improvements that we can make and to ensure that clients feel listened to.
