Maxwell Hodge is proud to support the Matthew Lock ADHD Charity with a donation of £3,816.36. Colleagues Sophie Curd and Chloe French recently presented the cheque to the charity’s founders, Christine and Richard Lock.
Established in memory of their son Matthew, who tragically passed away in September 2023, the charity is dedicated to raising awareness and improving understanding of ADHD and its links to addiction and suicide when the condition is left undiagnosed or unmanaged. Through education, advocacy, and community engagement, the charity aims to ensure that individuals with ADHD receive the recognition and support they need.
The Matthew Lock ADHD Charity provides vital education, resources, and support for individuals and families affected by ADHD, with a strong focus on early detection and intervention. By promoting awareness and offering practical assistance, the charity helps to create a more informed and compassionate approach to ADHD within schools, workplaces, and communities.
Christine and Richard shared heartfelt words about their son:
They expressed deep gratitude for the donation, explaining that the funds will help to expand screening services, ensuring that those in need can access support sooner and receive the help they deserve.
Maxwell Hodge is honoured to contribute to such an important cause and to support the incredible work being done in Matthew’s memory.
